Students will work on meaningful projects, receive mentorship, build their portfolios, and develop skills that can prepare them for college, employment, entrepreneurship, and future leadership opportunities.

At KBA HUB, interns do more than observe. They participate in practical projects that help them understand how modern businesses, digital platforms, and technology-driven organizations operate.
Through guided assignments, workshops, team collaboration, and mentorship, students can strengthen their communication, creativity, leadership, problem-solving, and technical skills.

Interview
Selected applicants may participate in a short virtual or in-person interview.
Get Matched
Accepted students will be matched with an internship track, supervisor, and project.
Learn and Contribute
Complete weekly assignments, attend workshops, and contribute to real KBA HUB projects.
Complete a Final Project
Contribute to a final project that demonstrates the skills developed during the program.
Graduate
Students who successfully complete the program will receive a certificate and final evaluation.

Explore artificial intelligence tools, no-code development, website testing, app testing, prompt development, automation, basic cybersecurity, and digital product improvement.
Digital Marketing
Gain experience in social media management, content planning, email marketing, graphic design, video marketing, branding, advertising, and audience engagement.
Business and Entrepreneurship
Learn how businesses are developed, managed, marketed, and positioned for growth. Interns may support market research, business planning, customer outreach, sales, and business operations.
Content and Course Creation
Help research, organize, edit, and publish educational content. Interns may assist with course outlines, presentations, videos, workbooks, quizzes, and digital learning materials.
Administration and Customer Support
Develop professional workplace skills through scheduling, data entry, CRM management, customer communication, community support, documentation, and administrative projects.
Media and Creative Design
Participate in graphic design, photography, video production, podcast support, promotional campaigns, and other creative media projects.
For Schools and Community Organizations
KBA HUB welcomes partnerships with high schools, colleges, universities, churches, youth programs, workforce-development organizations, and community organizations. Partner organizations can refer students, coordinate internship credit, sponsor internship positions, participate in workshops, and help expand access to career-building opportunities.
