To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create and upload. By posting content, you grant us:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content
• The right to display your content on our platform
• The right to modify content for technical compatibility

You represent that you have all necessary rights to your content and it does not violate any third-party rights.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our fees with 30 days notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform, including its design, functionality, and content, is owned by KBA and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our platform without express written permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the platform will immediately cease. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KBA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KBA from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive your right to a jury trial.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the platform. Your continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
